Disclaimer: She's not a self-insert (I wish!) but just a type of portrayal that I wanted to see: "I'm gonna crack jokes, I love that I survived, but I'm still affected by my family's reactions, and I'm NOT able to 'do things anyway' when in pain". She's also similar in both skills and disability to my other OC Lorelei, with the difference that she's a very happy person.
Wanted interactions: born as a Bridgerton OC, open to everyone I know from every fandom, she has specific verses for everything. Note: she's disabled and disfigured and I want her to stay that way. No magic cures.
Open to ship with: men. In modern verses she has dated a bit but it never worked out because of her limitations. In historical settings, she worries about her brother being burdened with her forever, so she's open to marriages of convenience.
A requirement is getting along. If he tries to stifle her sense of humor (unless he's being the 'serious' one to play along) or make her feel like she's inferior? He's unlikely even to be a friend, let alone a romantic interest.
how I imagine her scars (her default fc is Karen Gillan)
this is what she'd normally wear in non-modern verses
iconless alt fc when Karen is already in your fandom: Kennedy Walsh
Erza Scarlet of Fairy Tail for manga/anime (please just imagine the green eyes, scars/veil)
videogames fc
Her icons will be cut to hide the lack of scars, as much as that's possible; imagine that she's wearing her veil/mask or, if given permission by your muse or by the scenario we created, she isn't and her face is scarred.
*very little to tweak depending on the fandom (like carriage becomes car as you can easily assume, etc). For every non-modern-world fandoms I'll keep her upbringing as close to 'historical times' as possible because I find the clash entertaining and she usually faces the cultural differences with enthusiasm. In the verses below, you'll find what happens next, and if she'll gravitate towards the role of hacker, healer or lady in distress. Her age can span from 25 to 34.
Family (you can skip): Alexander, a baron, and Joyce Gillanders (parents), Alexander Jr (brother, dead at 18), Fiona (sister, dead at 15), Michael (11 - or verse dependent, always 14 years younger than Bon) and Alice (10, always 15 years younger), her cousin Leandra (18 - always at least 7 years younger). 2 dogs: Pudding (overactive, looks like a fluffy wolf) and Ham (Saint Bernard, likes to sleep).
Mr. and Mrs. Brown are her 'caretakers', and are in charge of the staff.
To add SOME kind of stakes/angst to this character who is so happy, her father used to be a soldier and made some enemies by reporting one of his superiors over criminal behaviors: he made enemies who now want revenge.
Born to a very rich Scottish family, her carriage went down a cliff when she was 12, killing her older siblings. It left her scarred on her left cheek and chin (she's forced to wear a veil/medical mask by her mother, but BonBon doesn't find her own scars off-putting, she's just trying to be 'considerate' of other people by hiding them). The accident also gave her a limp and chronic pain in her right leg, so she uses a cane, can't walk for too long, and in her teen years got sick easily.
Her parents had two more kids after that to keep the 'line' going: Michael and Alice.
She LOVES life. Until recently, her parents would keep her hidden (she has her own smaller building), her mother due to ableism, while her father due to fear she'll get hurt again: he will buy her anything to make her "feel better", so Bonnie humors him and asks for gifts. She sympathizes with him, finds her mother hilarious and annoying (and at times painful).
She's enthusiastic, and the biggest consequence of her isolation from her peers is how blunt and unapologetically cheery she is.
In modern-ish verses she can go out more, but she's still limited by her bad health until her early 20s.
She jokes (about her condition too) and laughs a lot. She likes to antagonize her mother by being extra confident, and she'll wear gorgeous and attention-worthy outfits. She assumes she'll stay a "spinster", so she can be relaxed or even flirty because she's got nothing to lose (within reason, or her sister will pay for it).
Lonely. Romantic hence easily corrupted. Cousin Leandra gave her the nickname BonBon. She dabbled in everything but excels at nothing besides having a lovely singing voice, medical studies, and math. Trusting. Aggressive-protective streak. In modern fandoms she could have learned how to hack and/or found her way towards a medical-adjacent profession.
Her siblings are enchanted by her (she teaches them everything, plays with them, cuddles them). Due to her looks, people often describe her as just pretending to be okay, sad, a poor little thing. She's blatantly loud, curious and adventurous.
In magical fandoms, her singing can make people feel at peace (consensually).
(Doctor Who characters, unless asked otherwise I'll default to either main historical or modern. Obviously fc being different for Amy-reasons.
I have seen the Bridgerton Netflix show and I remember Anthony and Benedict's books, the others aren't as fresh in my memory. By historical fandoms I mean Turn, other period-characters I may know which includes The Great (Hulu), Pride and Prejudice, and more that I may mention if we plot. I prefer the time BEFORE 1900s, except for my beloved Downton Abbey and Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
After what you read in her backstory, they inherited another fortune from Bonnie's maternal uncle, who left in his will that they'd be able to access it only while/after taking care of his daughter Leandra, Bonnie's dear cousin, and they moved to London to do that; now it's time to introduce Leandra to society and help her find a husband, and Bonnie (24 years old "spinster") would like to slip in, veil on her face or not, and see more of the world.
If in need of a connection to get to know her in threads, you can assume she immediately befriended my Eloise, who is offended on her behalf by how Bonnie's mother treats her and enraged because society has 'unrealistic beauty standards that don't apply to men'. If you play Eloise, then it's Lady Danbury who introduces her.
IF needed to catch your muse's attention, what magic does she have? when she sings she can calm down whoever hears it, however she's a big believer in consent and she'd just rather fight with guns instead of 'drugging' the enemy (and by that I mean *I* believe you, rper, should give me the okay before she uses her powers on your muse). Basically, she works as a very powerful xanax in human form. This could also mean that she's in danger of being kidnapped for it.
Outside of that, after her parents inherited an even greater fortune from her mother's brother (in exchange for taking care of his daughter Leandra), they are so preoccupied with their new noble-like life and with fulfilling his will that Bonnie is finally free to wander more.
This might mean leaving a note so she can go on an adventure too, if your character can be met while traveling.
One Piece: I am 100% for the live action, and I am reading the manga. I don't have a great memory so chances are I don't remember facts about minor characters, but I'll write anyway if you can help me plot what brings them together.
Other "pirate" fandoms: you can ignore what I say about the straw hats and focus on what I say here at the beginning about her island and her needing passage or straight up losing her way after she got one:
Her island has regency vibes (she's allowed to study but her occupation should have been 'wife', she never wore pants, etc). In her boredom/loneliness she studies a bit of everything but particularly focuses on medicine to alleviate her own pains and to learn in general. She could meet your muse when she's sneaking out of the mansion, or maybe yours is breaking in or injured nearby or visiting her parents, or she's part of the Straw Hats and that allows her to see the world. Up to you, we can even skip the first quick introduction if we plot the scenario.
She could join OTHER crews or pirates if your muse is not with the Straw Hats and you want her there! But if you want her to be hanging with Luffy and his crew, we can use this version ofto explain why she's on the Merry/Sunny: she takes care of an injured Chopper (even doctors need a doctor!), and because she's very open she'd quickly tell Luffy that she dreams of seeing the world. Having an 'assistant' (assistant to the doctor, to the cook, to the weapons maker) can help, plus BonBon has a dream and no chances to fulfill it alone, is nice and generally happy despite everything, so she's allowed to join the group. UNLESS you write a Luffy and don't want this pre-written backstory, in which case either we write a first meeting or maybe have my Nami be an NPC who introduces them because Bonnie is looking for a ride to her cousin Leandra's island and willing to spend a lot of money.
If a mission requires a lot of walking she might wait at the ship, or, funnier, she takes her giant dog Pudding with her and she rides him (not the first we see in this universe do something like that)
She'll wear a short skirt on top of her pants for modesty (and bandages around her injured leg) AND can ditch the veil if the crew tells her they are comfortable seeing the scars. In the Straw Hats crew Nami is probably the primary person she goes to for advice on how 'women' behave outside of her island, for better or worse, in other crews she'll find some woman to look up to.
If we need a bigger excuse for your muse to hang out with her or plot-point to explore later, she could have eaten the Lull Lull Fruit: when she sings she can calm down everyone who hears it. Basically she's a walking xanax.
She's very pissed about this, singing was the ONE thing she excelled at and now it has a 'power'.
These details work for all but you'll find more about bg3 choices and behaviors below. She wears the veil until people tell her it's okay to take it off. As an OC she'd automatically be the "leader" of the videogames (the Tav, The Warden) unless you play one because I think it's funny that someone with her personality may accidentally be in charge.
Apart from what you learn in her general backstory written above:
-it was a magical explosion that sent their carriage down a cliff. Magic is the reason she can't be cured. Wherever her original town was, magic wasn't welcomed and there was a regency-vibe. Her parents are terrified by magic after the accident.
-predictably, Bonnie turns out to be a mage herself, which she can easily hide since she lives in her own cottage. She's a magical human bard that can calm people down with her music. This works for the Witcher as well: she wasn't deemed good enough for Aretuza.
-her family gets attacked by Darkspawn/goblins/ghouls depending on the fandom, and she helps everyone escape with her magic much to their surprise and horror, then she's separated from them. In Dragon Age this means she never gets sent to the Circle.
-her dog Ham stayed with her siblings, her hyperactive giant dog Pudding is with her in our threads, and she can ride him to travel around.
-good/heroic but also not very convinced she can help, alternating from being cautious to suddenly being reckless.
-obviously once she learns how to do it, she can use her voice/instruments to cast spells (simple elemental ones) but the strongest/biggest gift she has, which she can already control pretty well, is to make her voice work on a spectrum that goes from 'calming people down' to 'putting enemies to sleep' with the important middle section of 'bringing temporary peace to someone's heart'. When forced to have instruments (by videogames, usually) she'll have a violin.
-she's definitely that person in the group who is kind and hopeful, but also making stupid jokes, all nice and sweet until something brings up her temper and then she's swearing and threatening bloody murder with her cane as a weapon, and if someone she doesn't like is near, she will keep being salty about it (loudly). Teases her friends and allies all the time, but in a kind silly sort of way. She's basically the leader that her group constantly has to keep alive but also the one who will make them feel surprisingly cared for. Pro-under dog, but tries to be diplomatic with all races and all kinds of ideologies that don't immediately lead to people getting hurt, if only to give every living creature a chance before she decides to hate them (though this does depend on how said creature behaves when they meet, on whether she's siding with friends against a stranger, or whether the ideology is 'mages should be free to do as they please' versus 'we should kill all the elves' and so on)
Fiercely protective of her friends, but also trying so hard to be the ba-da-bum--diiiish sort of clown because she's so damn happy to be alive and outside.
She's carelessness after she gets a found family (even if it's just in her head), and the facts that she spent her life basically locked at home and in physical pain and is dying to feel useful, can be plot points your muse can bring up if you feel like venturing into her backstory. When the leg pain HITS, forcing her to lay down at camp or to be transported by her dog but barely communicating, she feels useless and she's in a poor mood. It happens often after big fights and if she has to climb something.
She'd put a thousand tadpoles in her head to get the power to protect her friends and fix their problems/help them achieve their dreams, even if it means dying. Because they are her first friends and because she didn't really have a life before, so she wants to do something that matters now.
-good aligned, she'll meet her parents again in the game and her companions will witness a quick heartbreaking reunion with her dad and siblings followed by her dad admitting he's scared of her and for her, and her mother asking her to never come back, so there is that.
-would try to convince Astarion NOT to ascend because savvy enough to point out it's clearly a ritual that would make him a different person (also given that initially he's trying to seduce/manipulate Tav, if we follow that sort of canon choice I'd like to point out that it would fly over Bonnie's head, mostly; she's also a trusting, carefree person, meaning that she may appear -dumb enough- that there is no need to flirt to convince her to help you, so it's up to the Astarion rper; however while gullible she also doesn't take anything much seriously, which might make more difficult to control her, on account of her being a wild card. She's pretty chill about having been bitten by him); she's also big on consent, for lack of a better word, so anyone who tries to make Astarion uncomfortable would have a hard time.
-would beg Gale to not use the Orb nor to try to get even more power, because she wants them safe, but also ask for books and want to learn everything from him (if Gale has Tara, her dog Pudding will want to befriend Tara). Gale's whole situation with Mystra would turn her atheist even if she had had a strong connection to the deities;
-She (unlike my original Tav), would trust Shadowheart to make good choices, and be absolutely heartbroken to learn about SH's parents later on; she'll swear she'll find a way to destroy Shar for her friend, while obviously giving Shadowheart support from beginning to end, to show her she doesn't have to be what others expect her to be;
-and she'd be extremely involved in protecting the Tieflings and be somewhere between 'lol what are you talking about' and 'we are *doing this*' if questioned by companions;
-She'd want to fix Karlach's heart and be besties with her forever, give all the hugs once Karlach is cured. I feel there could be a 'we should start a band!' type of friendship, but frankly, whether Bonnie romances someone or not, she's going with Karlach to fix her heart wherever needed;
-she would go to Lae'zel's creche but help her realize she's being used (she kinda wants to hug her too but will refrain on account on not wanting to be murdered), yet she'll keep talking/annoying Lae'zel with her chatter and be that character who is always being extra positive on purpose (which makes me wonder of how willing Lae'zel will be, depending on the roleplayer, to kill her if Bonnie does turn into a Mindflyer);
-she'd want to save Wyll's dad and hate canon Mizora's guts, so when Mizora is at camp you get to see catty Bonnie UNLESS you write a Mizora and we are writing their interactions, in which case she starts with little comments but she's too nice to keep up being 'mean' for long. She 100% understands why he'd make a pact with a devil (see her swallowing tadpoles like they are candy);
-and she'd find Jaheira to be so cool and an example to follow;
-She'd never let go of Minsc because he's simply amazing in her head (him and Boo);
-and her big dog Pudding would befriend Scratch;
-I feel she'd spend time at camp with Withers a lot given that we can assume she needs long rests all the time due to her condition;
-She'd let Volo take her eye and be like 'hey I was disfigured anyway' (and save him later);
-She'd trust her 'dream guardian' until the reveal and when 'fate' (bad roll) will force her to become half Illithyd she'd swear up a storm against the Emperor and be less friendly in her responses from then on. And yes she'll make more jokes about how she was disfigured anyway but also not that badly, so she's pissed. Yet she'll use more tadpoles later;
-Bit neutral about Halsin and it's on me because I didn't bond as much with him in my playthrough and don't know him well enough;
-Would want to kill Gortash and all other enemies as soon as possible because pretty sure she won't have much to live due to the number of Tadpoles in her head.
-a Tav would have as their mission to help her find her missing cousin Leandra once in Baldur's Gate, but also to help Bonnie see her own worth and how she doesn't need to give up on surviving so fast even if she truly loves her friends.
-Ship-wise she has extremely little experience with men (she'd say not for lack of trying but that's not true, she didn't try that hard), and I wouldn't ship her with Halsin, Volo, the Emperor, and the antagonists, while it's free real estate for everybody else (I think it would be a challenge for your muse to make her realize your muse is honestly interested and not just joking about it).
In Firefly her backstory is nearly the same, a car accident killed her older brother and sister and left her permanently injured (their family is 'rich people of Scottish-American' heritage, no matter the planet they come from). Forced to wear a veil by her mother most of the time, it became a habit.
But to explain why she stayed disabled and disfigured despite future medicine being available, the accident was caused by Reavers, and she spent days between life and death; lucky not to be spotted by them because hidden by wreckage. However, due to their terrifying presence, the search party was not sent right away and by the time she was found the situation was dire enough that saving her life was all they could do.
To give the Serenity crew a reason/excuse to have her around, Bonnie has become an excellent hacker, having been mostly stuck at home all her life without much else to do, and has enough theoretical medical knowledge (and has taken care of her own disabled body enough) to be able to assist Simon.
We can write their first meeting, but if we want to skip it we could say that she interacted with Kaylee because her dog Pudding was being friendly to the mechanic, who was right outside of the gates, and later Bonnie saw Kaylee and the crew almost get caught by the Alliance (because she was watching surveillance footage the way people watch movies and poking around with her hacking skills) so she helped the crew escape. This led her to almost getting killed by the Alliance herself but the crew rescued her and gave her a ride away.
She may come from a rich, influential family, but not enough that she wouldn't get in trouble for helping those people.
Keeping in mind that I'll just give some details in addition to the bio you read above:
Telltale Walking Dead: 25 when the zombies came, she has no idea of what happened to her family and she only has her dog Pudding with her. Pudding fights for her too, though she mostly survived out of dumb luck and because her medical and hacking skills can come in handy (the hacking ones because they allowed her to enter places that were locked in by codes and to try to get in contact with people's families/check surveillance cameras and do other manteinance for the group). She keeps surviving out of dumb luck.
If interacting with season 4 kids I hope it's not necessary to say that she will not be shipped with anyone, even if they are of age (she'd be 30+), and she would never try to take over even if she's the adult. If she's around in s1, she'd be unsure on whether to side with Kenny (leaving the motel is good) or Lilly (staying is good if you are disabled and slow). Having enough medical knowledge to recognize Larry is gone, she'd agree that he should be killed before he turns into a zombie even if it means becoming Lilly's enemy. She'd feel very protective of the kids. Unless you are going to diverge from canon she'll realize she's slowing down the group and will be unable to follow Lee in his attempt to rescue Clementine, leaving the group when it's time to jump from one balcony to another roof (the point where a still alive Ben falls). She may be reunited with Kenny or find Luke's group later if she's interacting with them, or straight up find Clem at Richmond.
Unless you are a Clementine rper and want otherwise, she wouldn't be there when Clem raises A.J. but bump into her later on, maybe at the school. If Lilly can, so can she.
At some point she has been able to reunite with her family and left Pudding, who is older, in their care, because no dog will be harmed in my threads.
The Last Of Us: she's well over 30 when the show starts, her family is "safe" in the city, but her younger sister Alice and her dead cousin Leandra joined the Fireflies, her parents are pro-Fedra and her younger brother abstains. Bonnie breaks the law whenever someone is in need (or she is, depending on the meds situation), trying to not take sides because if she doesn't get too involved and is likeable she and her family may not get murdered, especially needed if she's the person to go to when, for example, a Firefly needs emergency care or a corrupted agent needs her to hack into something.
If you want to, she could have helped Joel and Tess in the past, or she could even join in to protect Ellie (and wouldn't get in the way of Joel rescuing Ellie because 1) Joel would kill her in a heartbeat over it and 2) she doesn't want to be the person who argues over killing an unconscious kid).
By default, to allow interactions, she ended up in Jackson because she was caught messing around and forced to leave to protect her family.
Until Dawn: I don't want to force-introduce her into the game with her bio so there are two options:
1) writing threads set during the game and rewrite the story with her as a part of it - while I don't think the 'disfigured girl with a limp' would be someone they'd want there as bestie, we'll have to twist what's realistic a little and say that maybe she was close to Beth - which would involve her having asked Josh if she could come too (she wasn't part of the prank so Josh wouldn't have to scare her, she wasn't supposed to be invited, but she's probably been there for him and how to say no ot that? - and Bonnie getting locked up in a room because she's not meant to be Josh's victim, and will be freed by Ashley and Chris when they start looking for Sam (UNLESS you play one of the other characters and want her to come with them earlier on). She'd join whoever you write. Keep in mind that she always found the "prank" done to Hannah horrible, but also that a night like that tends to make people bond.
2) writing threads set after the events of the game happened, and you can tell me whether you want to go with the previous option too (Bonnie was there) or Bonnie wasn't there, but her accident as a kid, the one that also killed her siblings, could have been caused by wendigos and she has been researching on the topic her whole life, which would likely lead her to collide with these survivors since, for obvious reasons, she doesn't really know what those monsters are or where they come from besides 'the mountain'. This also means the scars on her face that won't heal could have been caused by the wendigo. Naturally she's beyond terrified of it, but since her siblings died she wants to know the truth.
I'm tweaking the backstory since medicine now is very different from the 1800s. This can work for Chuck, Lost, Leverage, various sitcoms and dramedies if I'm not required to have memorized the episodes (HIMYM, New Girl, TBBT, the Office, Parks & Rec, B99, Scrubs, Community, Superstore, Gilmore Girls; more 'dramatic' ones are: the Rookie, 911, Castle, Suits, The Pitt):
general modern fandoms:
She wasn't put through cosmetic surgery despite having the money for it, because her body took years to recover from the accident and from initial malpractice during her first surgery, with periodic infections and inflammations; she was very fragile, and since the scars didn't cause her any particular grief the doctors postponed it.
She wears a medical mask, depending on the context.
Bonnie wants to work, though she can't do heavy lifting or stand up for too long. Between her interest in making her life a little less painful (especially due to how healthcare treats people with chronic pains) and math skills, she ended up researching medicine and developing some pretty decent hacking skills.
medical shows: diversity-hire: she can't be a nurse because it's a very physically demanding job, but she can be the one who sits and takes care of charts and other computer-issues.
Various action shows: Again, her hacking skills get her in trouble because she discovers a criminal activity that gets her involved in whatever is going on (left open on purpose)
more specific for WEIRD action-ones with some unrealistic abilities/worlds:
In Chuck she becomes an informant because her little hacking stunts led her to discover too much about some crime, maybe put to work at the Buymore in one way or another because of her hacking skills.
Survivor in Lost, who keeps her disability even on the island (she won't heal, that's it), and is working on her mother-issues. Once it's clear to her they are not getting saved any time soon, she's kinda having a blast (monster aside) because she doesn't need to do much more than she can, and when she's in pain the others help her.
I'm tweaking the backstory since medicine now is very different from the 1800s. This can work for Marvel (main 2012 Avengers movies, Deadpool, Agents of Shield, Loki the serie, Agatha All Along but I'm not comfortable with Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda's nor with Scarlett in general, Thunderbolts) and DC (Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl), X-Men movies, and probably more:
She wasn't put through cosmetic surgery despite having the money for it, because her body took years to recover from the accident and from malpractice that happened during her first surgery; she had periodic infections and inflammations, was very fragile, and since the scars didn't cause her any particular grief, the doctors postponed taking care of her appearance.
What's her "super-power"? (needed to give her an excuse to be worthy of your muse's attention) They got 'activated' in her adult years (marvel inhuman, dc alien, x-men mutant): when she sings she can calm down whoever hears it, however she'd just rather fight with guns instead of 'drugging' the enemy (and by that I mean *I* believe you, rper, should give me the okay before she uses her powers on your muse). Basically, she works as a very powerful xanax in human form.
It manifested right after her accident, but it's not the easiest power to notice, so it took her many years and a public karaoke to realize something was up.
excuses to meet her:
In Marvel/DC she ends up being recruited by SHIELD/the DEO because her uncle works for them and vouched for her (can end up as part of the Legends by accident too); she has developed some excellent hacking skills and was promised all kinds of accommodations, so she accepts. She is also being given the chance to study more medicine and actually practice first aid.
Obviously finding out she isn't human in her early twenties made things more difficult, especially since her power isn't exactly the most dangerous one, but at the same time is very invasive and makes her uncomfortable. She feels very lost when it comes to her place in the world, far more due to her powers than to her upbringing.
X-Men: she could be in Charles' school (but as an adult, because even if Charles could sense her as a kid and decide to bother even though her powers are so meek, she needed constant medical attention and her father would have opposed to it and convinced her to stay with guilt), or maybe she's at Erik's safe haven in the dark phoenix universe, or a bit lost in her own home depending on who your muse is; her power is so non-aggressive (literally bringing peace to people's hearts) that she feels barely a mutant, but also isn't human enough for people's standards, and she's still very much a disabled person, so she'd feel insecure about her place in the world regardless. The anti-mutant sentiment puts her in danger no matter what her power is, as well as potential people who want to kidnap her so she can be a siren for them, so eventually that's what can lead her to be around your mutant muses.
The Magicians: her mother dragged her around trying to find a way to fix her face; it turns out there was a curse involved in the car accident that killed her siblings, which is also the reason why her injuries can't heal. It also gave her a power-boost: she was naturally a healer but, like I said, she gains that power to calm people down with her magic; it's unique, and Dean Fogg invites her to their school before anyone else can. The curse was cast because of her father reporting that superior, as I've said in her bio.
Priority to the tvshow, of which she'll follow the plot, but also open to 4 (but don't ask me to remember all factions and minor characters except for the fact that she'd be pro Synths even if it fights with her scientific knowledge), to 3 ( but I don't remember it much) and NOT to New Vegas because I don't want spoilers.
Scottish family living in the US pre-war, a car accident killed her older brother and sister, leaving her with a limp and a scarred face at age 12. She wasn't put through cosmetic surgery despite having the money for it, because her body took years to recover, with periodic infections and inflammations; she was very fragile, and since the scars didn't cause her any particular grief the doctors postponed it.
She was homeschooled and her parents still had more kids, Michael and Alice, not because of inheritance reasons but because her mother could not accept having her as her only daughter (while her father was overprotective and overbearing). She focused on medicine and hacking as her primary interests but studied a bit of everything.
Bonnie was found by Moldaver's group because of her hacking skills and learned more about Vault Tec through meetings, though she didn't have the time to develop her skills enough to actually hack into Vault Tec's computers because the bombs were released first.
She was put in cryo with Moldaver's group at 24 years old and awakened years after Shady Sands, because her pod had been left inaccessible by the bomb. She couldn't survive as a raider with chronic pain and a limp, but instead made her way to civilization again, surviving out of sheer luck too. Bonnie became a singer, who thanks to her personality tends to learn everything about everyone and to bump into people.
She's in her 30s now, and she'll be wherever you'll need her to be to interact with her. Doesn't have any particular crazy-fighting skill besides having learned how to handle a gun; she's more of a lockpicking charmer with a lot of medical knowledge.
Looking for an excuse to make her interact with your tvshow muses? She could easily have had interactions with my other fallout characters and be relevant to your muse because of that.
Being a popular singer, she travels a lot for her well-paid gigs and/or may need your muse's protection as well.
As a companion, she comes with an unkillable mutated dog she can ride (Pudding), a small gun, lockpicks, and the ability to restore some of your health.
She's pro-ghoul, neutral to synths mostly because she's never met one that she knew of, neutral to Brotherhood of Steel (depends on the faction and how they talk about ghouls), neutral to raiders (she doesn't want to get murdered, so), anti-institute (she's only heard scary things about them), obviously anti-vault tec, having lost her entire family to the bombs.
