Wanted interactions: family including in-laws, Cressida and Posy as friends: I don't have much inspo for new interactions. But if *you* have a (positive) plot in mind for my Eloise, you can pitch!
Open to ship with: her future husband in this blog is John (the footman). If someone plays him and wants to try, know I'll only ship it if he's the way I describe in her about: 100% supportive of her.
fc: Claudia Jessie
Trigger warnings: nothing at the moment.
she's tvshow-centered, but with some influence from the books (though I don't remember the latter much)
note: her dialogue will not be accurate on account of the fact that I'm not English, I would never think of half of the words she uses.
-most important canon divergence, going against her book, that I got very attached to, and everyone can be involved: my Eloise isin love with their Footman John (when I get to write him as an NPC, he finds Eloise to be the best person on the planet); Eloise will reject proposals like in her book while growing closer to him. John will try to resist for her own good (and she's not being a loud Bridgerton about her love yet) and consider quitting, which will awaken the anthony in her and make her act erratic. She will go to her siblings and mother for help once the pain is too much. (wishlist thread)
They will marry, even if the family must pretend to have rejected them. Since it's only pretense, it's fine by Eloise, who is happy to ditch the ton. She still waits long enough for Hyacint to marry. I like to think that the family would secretly give her a good dowry. She'll find a job as a teacher to feel like she's bringing something to the table even if it's not needed.
-she hasn't told ANYONE in her family about Theo Sharpe. She had feelings for him, hopes, and was very hurt by how that went especially compared to her siblings' fates (also because come on, let her have some plots).
-other than that, she has inherited a non-lethal allergy to bees she doesn't know about. Enough to have rashes and for her to cough and have short wheezing breaths. But since they know nothing of allergies, she will panic and appear on the verge of death/actually pass out from the lack of air and fear. She was stung once before and nothing happened so she has no idea. You can alwaaaays request a thread about this, I'm more than ready.
-in the books she's the one who sees their father die and tells Anthony, so I think it's fair that my Eloise, while not having been the one next to him, is still horribly affected by his death, with nightmares and, most of the time (canonically), refusing to chime in when he's mentioned. She spent a long time sitting with his body without her family knowing, and we know she heard her mother give birth to her sister, which left a mark on her. She does tell Daphne she still dreams of it, right after expressing her fear about motherhood, so I'm not sure she doesn't want to be a mother as much as she's scared of it.
