Welcome to Save For Later. By using this mobile application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using the Save For Later app (the “App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
Save For Later, developed by Indie Apps, is a productivity application that allows users to save links, organize them into collections, and set reminders to revisit content at a later time.
The App may include features such as:
Saving and organizing links
Creating collections/folders
Setting reminders and notifications
Managing completed and pending items
No account registration is required to use the core features of the App.
You must be at least 4 years old to use the App. If you are under this age, please do not use the App.
You agree not to use the App to:
Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior
Save or distribute unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content
Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
We value your privacy. The App does not collect personally identifiable information.
We may collect limited anonymous usage data to:
Improve app performance
Enhance user experience
Fix bugs and optimize features

All content, features, design elements, and intellectual property related to the App are owned by Indie Apps or its licensors.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App is designed to help manage and remind users about saved content. However, we do not guarantee:
Timely delivery of reminders
Accuracy of saved content or previews
Continuous or error-free functionality
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Indie Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the App
Missed reminders or notifications
Data loss or interruptions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed any amount paid by you for the App (if applicable).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the App will end immediately
All licenses granted under these Terms will be revoked
These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted within the App.
Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Subscription Terms
The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Weekly: $1.99 per week
Monthly: $5.99 per month (includes 3-day free trial)
Yearly: $39.99 per year

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed as needed, and the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
By using Save For Later, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
