How to access the documents:

Step 1: Choose the correct adoption form- dog or cat!

Step 2: Select the "pop out" button in the top right corner. It will open in a new window. It is a square with an arrow pointing to the top right of the screen.

Step 3: You can either download the Word Document or Open it using Google Docs.

To download: Bring your cursor to the top right of the page and choose the Download icon. It looks like an arrow pointing down and should be in between the printer icon and the three dots vertically in a row. It will download as a Word Document.

To Open with Google Docs: In the center of the page, you will see a button that says, "Open with". Click on that and choose the first option: "Open with Google Docs". It will open in a new tab, and you will be able to type on the document.

Step 4: Fill out your information on the document.

Step 5: Make sure to save the document.

Downloaded File: Go to File, then Save As, and then save the finished form.

Google Docs: Go to File, Download, and then choose Microsoft Word.

Step 6: When you are finished, please email the completed form by email to startkayne@gmail.com.
