Welcome to Save-2-Invest (“Application”), operated by Appexsoul (“Service Provider”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Application
You must be at least 16 years old to use Save-2-Invest, or have parental/guardian consent.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and subscription details.
2. Subscription & Billing
Save-2-Invest offers subscription plans, including a 3-day free trial for monthly subscriptions.
Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID account.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends, subscriptions auto-renew.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
All trademarks, content, design, and technology in Save-2-Invest are the property of Appexsoul.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Application.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Application.
Save-2-Invest provides tools and insights to help manage money.
No financial results or outcomes are guaranteed.
The Application is not financial advice and should not replace consultation with a licensed advisor.
You assume full responsibility for your financial decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appexsoul shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Financial losses, lost profits, or lost data
Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for subscriptions in the past 12 months
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Appexsoul may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable local courts.
