End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Appexsoul (“Service Provider”) and governs your use of the Save-2-Invest application (“Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Save-2-Invest on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscription & Trial Terms
Save-2-Invest offers a 3-day free trial for the monthly subscription.
After the trial, your Apple account will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings.
Save-2-Invest provides financial tracking and management tools.
The Application does not guarantee financial results or outcomes.
It is not a substitute for licensed financial or investment advice.
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Application.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the Application.
Use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in the Application (including content, branding, and technology) remain the property of Appexsoul. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.
This license remains in effect until terminated by you or Appexsoul. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Application.
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appexsoul disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appexsoul shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Loss of profits, data, or financial opportunity;
Any claim exceeding the amount you paid (if any) for using the Application in the past 12 months.
You agree not to use or export the Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence. Legal disputes will be resolved under applicable jurisdiction, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.
Use of Save-2-Invest may rely on third-party services (such as Apple’s App Store and payment processing). You agree to comply with those third-party terms.
This Agreement, along with Apple’s LAEULA and the Save-2-Invest Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Appexsoul regarding the Application.
