My name is Savannah Smock. I am 24 years old and a student at IU Indianapolis. I am a sociology major here on campus and I am also a senior this year. I have volunteered at the Benjamin Harrison home, Eiteljorg museum, lapel animal clinic, as well as the Indiana Medical History Museum. I plan on working towards a master's degree in sociology after I graduate this spring. After that I plan to take a gap year and decide if I want to work towards a PHD or start a career in my field. Another thing that I wish to accomplish is to travel to at least 15 different countries and see how cultures differ from ours and use my skills that I have learned from my degree to help me better understand the world around me. I have two cats named butter and nugget and they are my whole world. My hobbies include reading, swimming, learning a new language, pottery and traveling.Â
