OUR FLOORING SERVICES

HARDWOOD FLOOR RESTORATION

Old hardwood floors don't always need to be replaced.

Scratches, worn finishes, discoloration, and certain types of surface damage can often be corrected through sanding and refinishing, bringing new life to existing floors.

We evaluate the condition of the flooring, including wood thickness, moisture damage, and areas that may require additional repairs, before recommending the best approach.

Our goal is to preserve existing hardwood whenever practical while delivering a durable, attractive finished surface.

NEW FLOORING INSTALLATION

Looking to update a room or replace flooring that's seen better days?

We offer installation services for hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. From removing existing materials to preparing the surface and installing the new flooring, we'll work with you to get the job done right.

FLOORING REPAIRS & WATER DAMAGE

Water damage, loose boards, uneven surfaces, and damaged flooring can create problems beyond appearance.

We assess the affected areas to determine whether repairs, board replacement, or refinishing may be appropriate. Any additional work needed will be discussed before moving forward.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, and businesses throughout Vancouver and surrounding communities.

Whether you're updating one room, restoring existing hardwood, or preparing a property for its next occupants, we're ready to take a look.
