Ocean Climate Lab works on the Global Ocean with an interest in the Southern Ocean. We work on the detection and attribution of global and regional ocean warming, sea level rise, ocean circulation, watermass changes and transformations, marine heatwaves, compound extreme events, mesoscale eddies, global and regional hydrological cycle, ocean and climate modelling, and machine learning.

I am looking for motivated M.S. (Research) and PhD students with a background in Fluid Dynamics/Thermodynamics/Oceanography/Atmospheric/Climate Science/Physics/Mathematics/AI-ML to tackle challenging questions related to the role of oceans in climate with some coding skills in Python/Matlab/NCL/Ferret. Apply through the IIT Delhi application portal.
