Present Research Interest

Objective:

To perform damage identification and crack assessment in heritage structures through a DL-driven image-based technique. 

Scopes: -

1. Selection of heritage structures.

2. Preliminary survey of the heritage structure.

3. External damage detection and surface severity checks using image-based technique. 

4. Internal damage detection and material property determination using the scanning technique.

5. Suggesting suitable retrofitting measures based on the structural diagnostic report.

Present Problem Statement:  Deep learning-based surface damage detection in the battledore of Darbhanga Fort.
