About:

Prof. Sahoo has more than 9 years of teaching and research experience in thermal engineering, with a special focus on Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, Heat and Mass Transfer, CFD modelling of Absorption/Adsorption-based Carbon Capture, Green Refrigeration & Energy Storage, Energy and Exergy analysis of advanced Heating, cooling and Power cycles. The primary objective of his research group is to provide immediate, effective solutions to current energy and environmental issues. His research work includes both computational and experimental parts. For Computational work, he mainly uses MATLAB, COMSOL Multiphysics, Ansys Fluent and EES (Engineering Equation Solver). Prof. Sahoo is open to research collaboration in the above-mentioned areas.
