Hyperion is Saturns small sat launcher, being a reusable plane (Hyperion) that can get up to MACH 4 before stage separation where the Stage 1 (Tarvos) ignites its engines before departing from Hyperion into space. Hyperion will be able to send small payloads long distances as it is very efficient and high performance capable machine.

Hyperion takes pride in being Saturns most felxible vehicle. Able to change confirguration and launch characteristics. Tarvos can carry a variety of payloads underneath the wing. Hyperion is just one of many options. Tarvos can be used as transport for other vehicles. Hypersonic test articles. Aerodynamic performance simulations and many other uses.
