All components of the applications, including its design, content, functionality, and underlying technology, are the sole and exclusive property of the Company. These materials are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the application without obtaining prior written authorization from the Company.
Subscriptions
Premium subscription plans allow users access to enhanced features, tools, and additional functionality. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew based on the chosen billing cycle, whether weekly, monthly, or annually. Payments are charged to the user’s iTunes account once the purchase is confirmed. To prevent automatic renewal, users must disable the auto-renewal feature at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscription management and cancellation may be handled through the App Store Account Settings. Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription term. For details regarding available plans or renewal pricing, users may contact the customer support team. A valid App Store account is required to maintain continuous subscription processing. In the event of application termination, the Company shall not be obligated to issue refunds for any active or unused subscription plans.
The application is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any express or implied warranties. The Company does not guarantee that the application will function without interruptions or errors, or that it will fully meet the expectations or requirements of all users. Users can use the app as long as the application is still available at the Appstore.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the application. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if the Company has been advised of the potential for such losses.
The application may periodically receive updates or upgrades intended to improve performance, correct defects, or introduce new features. These updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation through the App Store. By continuing to use the application, you acknowledge and agree to receive such updates as part of the service.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. The determination of what constitutes a significant or material change shall remain at the sole discretion of the Company. Your continued use of the application following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and the application of any conflict of law principles is expressly excluded.
