Maintenance Feedback Questionnaire: this can be filled out by viewers to assist the admin in ideas on improving this website. Not all ideas are guaranteed to be implemented, of course. This form can also be found at the bottom of most pages.

SS Spotlight Interest form: this form may be filled out whether you're an SS creator or a fan of one. These submissions will be reviewed to determine the monthly SS Spotlight feature, which currently includes writers and artists.

Recommendation for SS Fanfiction: if you have a fic that has yet to be added, please submit it here.

Additional Questions: this form is for any additional questions one may have after searching for their question in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section, located under the "Help" page. Answers to the questions received from this form will be posted there.
