A career with the San Andreas State Police Patrol is one of the most rewarding and important jobs in San Andreas. As a patrol officer, your job is providing safety, service, and security to the citizens and visitors of the state.
Motor Units withing the San Andreas State Police are a more versatile form of a standard patrol unit, being able to get around the state and patrol in more areas.
K-9 Units are a unit designed to assist in the operations withing the San Andreas State Police. The purpose of K-9 units is to assist units in a way that humans cannot, such as narcotic detection, search and rescue, high-risk suspect stops, and many more.
Speed and traffic enforcement units within the San Andreas State Police strictly deal with priority situations that require a quick response, or to stop a vehicle that is an immediate threat to the public.
Gang Investigation and Narcotics units within the San Andreas State Police strictly deal with gang control within the state of San Andreas. These specialized units help ensure the safety within the state.
The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) within the San Andreas State Police consists of units directly involved with the inner workings of criminal activity within the state. CID primarily deals with undercover work detective investigation.
