If you enjoy working with project teams or committees, ask for more information about the International Fair Committee (pta.intlfair@sas.edu.sg), the Thanksgiving Committee (saspta.thanksgiving@gmail.com) or the Sponsorship Committee (pta.sponsorship@sas.edu.sg) 

During the 2025/2026 school year, PTA Division Chairs will be building committees to oversee the portfolio of work supporting the division Principals and leadership teams.  

If you're interested in working on a division-level team on specific projects, please reach out to the PTA Chairs for each Division:

At the start of each school year we organize parent volunteers in ES and ELC to act as Room Parents.  Room Parents work with the ELC and ES PTA Representatives to execute PTA projects at the classroom level.  They create connections and build community with their fellow class parents and support teachers to share information and plan classroom parties.  

Interested in playing a role in your child's classroom experience, and meeting fellow class parents? Keep an eye out for sign ups in the first few weeks of August.

PTA Store volunteers work a regularly scheduled shift twice a month, in the morning or afternoon. Volunteering in the Cafe is a great way to meet parents & teachers from around the school, answer questions and help with PTA Store purchases.

For parents interested in working on a specific project for a shorter period of time, volunteering to help with a specific event fits the bill.  

In first semester project volunteers helped with celebrations in the PTA Store for Halloween, Deepawali and Christmas, as well as all of the US Thanksgiving activities around campus, including the Give Thanks Donation Drive.

In second semester, we need volunteers to help with Staff Appreciation Day & our marquee event - the International Fair

The PTA's BIGGEST event of the school year, the International Fair, will be on Saturday, January 31, 2026, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We need your help to make it a fantastic event for our school community. We are still looking for volunteers and chairs in a variety of areas including country booths, vendor place, publicity, drinks, signage, flags parade, coupons, treasurer and many more. We have a volunteering position available for you depending on the time you are able to commit.
