The PTA Store and Cafe is run by volunteers and we are looking for help during the following shifts: Wednesday afternoons; Thursday mornings and afternoon; and Friday mornings and afternoons. If you're already on campus to pick up your child from EAAs, our afternoon shifts are a perfect way to volunteer while you wait. Interested in helping out? Email or stop in to learn more.

The PTA's BIGGEST event of the school year, the International Fair, will be on Saturday, January 31, 2026, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We need your help to make it a fantastic event for our school community. We are still looking for volunteers and chairs in a variety of areas including country booths, vendor place, publicity, drinks, signage, flags parade, coupons, treasurer and many more. We have a volunteering position available for you depending on the time you are able to commit. For parents interested in working on a specific project for a shorter period of time, volunteering to help with a specific event fits the bill.  

In first semester project volunteers helped with celebrations in the PTA Store for Halloween, Deepawali and Christmas, as well as all of the US Thanksgiving activities around campus, including the Give Thanks Donation Drive.

In second semester, we need volunteers to help with Staff Appreciation Day & our marquee event - the International Fair

During the 2025/2026 school year, PTA Division Chairs will be building committees to oversee the portfolio of work supporting the division Principals and leadership teams.

At the start of each school year we organize parent volunteers in ES and ELC to act as Room Parents.  Room Parents work with the ELC and ES PTA Representatives to execute PTA projects at the classroom level.  They create connections and build community with their fellow class parents and support teachers to share information and plan classroom parties.
