The Grade 8 S@S Common Project

As a way of implementing the redesigned BC curriculum at Burnaby South, the Science Department at Burnaby South Secondary is excited to introduce a common project that all grade 8 students will be working on.

This project will:

• help students apply the knowledge you gained from a unit taught in Science 8
• help students practice curricular competencies that make up what it is to "think like a scientist"
• help students reflect on their own learning and how they can improve upon how they learn.
