Data Deletion Policy
We are committed to data minimization. We do not permanently store your personal data on our systems.
Automatic Deletion: We will instruct our third-party partners to delete data associated with your device identifier within 90 days after you become an inactive user (i.e., 90 days after your last interaction with the App).
Proactive Deletion Request: If you wish to request the deletion of your data before the standard 90-day period, please contact us at smruthi@weqlodge.ca. Upon verification of your request, we will direct our relevant partners to delete your data. We will send you a confirmation 90 days later to inform you that the process has been completed. Please note that we may retain certain non-personal, aggregated data for analytical purposes.
Age Limitation
Our game and services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use our services. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
User-Generated Content & Secondary Creations
The App may allow users to create, post, or share content ("User Content"). You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and its legality. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe violates this policy, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable.
Any secondary creations, modifications, or derivatives based on the App's provided assets must comply with our Terms of Service. We do not claim ownership over user-made derivatives, but their creation and sharing must not violate this Privacy Policy or our Terms.
