I am an associate professor (untenured) at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I have research interests in labour and behavioural economics, with a focus on understanding the sources of gender inequality in labour markets. My work has been featured in the New York Times, The Economist, the Washington Post, and on my parents' fridge (by me, they immediately removed it).
I received my PhD in Economics from Harvard and a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia. Here is my CV.
