Synopsis submission form (Form XXI)
Final report of the doctoral Committee after the pre-submission seminar (Form XXII)
List of Panel of Examiners (Confidential, to be filled by the supervisor)
DPGC Meeting Minutes (provided by the Ph.D. course coordinator of the department)
Synopsis in printed form (spiral binding, 5 copies) and electronic form (CD/DVD, 1 copy)
The first page of all the publications (minimum requirement must be fulfilled as per the UGC regulations).
Plagiarism report of the Synopsis excluding tables and figures, and duly signed by supervisor and student (not compulsory).
For changes in the synopsis (Form XXIII), if required.

Thesis submission form (Form XXV)
Thesis in printed form (spiral binding, 3 copies) and electronic form (CD/DVD, 1 copy). The thesis should include a declaration form signed by the student and the supervisor.
Plagiarism report of the thesis (duly signed by the supervisor and the student)
Fee Receipt (1st Semester). It includes thesis fees.
