A structuring SARFAAS meeting was held during the AAEW2019 in Abidjan on Friday 29th of Novembre 2019.

The following Agenda was voted:

• End of January: each CF must send information about their 2 candidates

• Mid-February: e-voting to elect board members

• 29th of February: list of board members circulated

This site helps to put in place a transparent election process.
