🗓 Booking

 • All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance

 • No pet allowed 

 •payment must be paid in cash

 • Late booking without deposit is considered walk-in and based on availability

•Remover of nail make cause additional charges

⏰ Late Policy

 • You are allowed a 10-minute grace period

 • After 15 minutes, a €10 late fee applies

 • After 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled

❌ Cancellation & No-Show

 • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance

 • No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be restricted from future bookings

 • You may reschedule once, at least 12 hours before your appointment

 • After that, a new deposit is required

💄 Before Your Appointment

 • Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup or lash glue) for lash/makeup appointments

 • For nail/pedicure clients, ensure nails/toes are clean for best results

 • Hair must be detangled (extra charge applies if not)
