Presbyterians are a group of Christians who love and serve Christ through their church and work in the world. The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is founded on a concept of elders who provide the leadership for the church under the Word of God.
The Presbyterian denomination is a form of Christianity organized to embrace the faith common to all Christians. It is a representative form of church government that involves people at all levels of decision making.
All that is required to be a Presbyterian is to
Confess the Christian faith.
Trust in Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Promise to follow Christ and Christ’s example for living.
Commit one’s self to attend church and to become involved in its work.
Anyone who can be a Christian can be a Presbyterian
