Born and raised in Mobile Alabama, Rev. Dr. Percy D. Johnson Jr. currently serves as the Pastor of Sardis Presbyterian Church in Jefferson Georgia. His family consists of his wife Kim, two children Garrett and Kerrie, and his energetic granddaughter Camryn.

Pastor Johnson holds current ordination credentials with the Christian Church Disciples of Christ and the National Baptist Church. His work experience includes positions as Senior Pastor, Chairman for the Board of Ordained Ministry, Chaplain for Infectious Disease, Chaplain Resident, and Advanced Counseling Resident. Additionally, he has experience facilitating workshops on topics such as grief, loss, transition, church development and growth, leadership formation, mental health, complex trauma, and marriage and family.
