about the creator

Summer of 2021 my father and I went on a road trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It was a fun and beautiful trip where many things were discussed. On the trip we were discussing what my master's thesis project should be. Many ideas were discussed when randomly he asked, "why am I losing strength? I just feel overall weaker than I used to be. Is there anything I can eat or something am missing in my diet to change this muscle loss?" This spurred the entire topic of my research and helped me to establish my master's thesis regarding sarcopenia. This topic is near and dear to my heart and I hope that the information on here is easy to understand and helpful. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or comments.
