"Ryan and Sara keep a wonderful condo and are amazing with their communication. After making a last minute reservation due to issues with another rental, their responsiveness and accommodating attitude quite literally saved our vacation. The ability to ski in and ski out made the condo worth every penny, the cleanliness and comfort made evenings enjoyable after a long day on the slopes and any question we had was answered within 30 minutes. Amazing hosts."

"House was perfect for our group of friends + kids exploring the New River Gorge area. Loved that we could walk to restaurants and coffee shops and the outdoor space was perfect for hanging out. The house had great character and was very well stocked. Hosted were very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again if back in the area."

"This house was large and spacious, and the location can’t be beat! Downtown is a 5 minute walk and full of wonderful restaurants. The New River Gorge National Park is a 10 minute drive, as is Adventures on the Gorge for guided river trips. The back deck is large and great for diving. Also make sure to use the outdoor shower, it is magical! (There is an indoor shower as well). The hosts were always quick to respond and friendly. I will definitely be back to Fayetteville and will 100% book this house again!"

"Ryan and Sara made us feel right at home. They're very friendly and offered many recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Their space is clean and up to date. check in and check out was a breeze. They thought of all of the amenities all the way from the kitchen to the barbecue and fireplace, not to mention board games and supplies for the dogs. The location is great too, with easy access to the highway, and a short drive from downtown Fayetteville."

"This place was immaculate. It was a comfortable and clean stay. It was so cozy and well furnished. Comfortable seating for ALL in the living area. Sara and Ryan were very easy to communicate with. In fact, we decided to stay an extra day and Sara  worked with us to make it happen. I will be returning to this home when we vacation in Fayetteville next year."

"What a great gem!  We could walk to restaurants and shops super easily.  At the same time, it felt secluded and private.  It was the perfect spot to relax with family and friends after a couple days of white water rafting and exploring.  This place was also clean, and the check out instructions were super simple.  We would certainly stay here again!"

"This place was perfect.  We planned a trip to visit the ski resort and wanted a place to relax afterwards. The house is beautiful, well stocked and well maintained.  Lots of outdoor sitting to enjoy the grounds. I was pleasantly surprised with the homie feeling and the touches of the owner to make us feel welcome. The extra space in the garage was a hit with my kids.We are definitely in love with the house and the town and already planning our next visit to stay there. If you are looking for a place, this is it!  Don’t think it twice."
