TEAMS

The Saratoga Wilton Warriors offer two competitive youth football divisions designed to build strong fundamentals, confidence, and teamwork at every level.

JUNIOR DIVISION

Grades 3–4

Focus: Introduction to structured football and fundamentals.

You can include:

Emphasis on proper tackling and blocking techniques
Learning offensive and defensive positions
Building confidence and teamwork
Developing discipline and game awarenesS

This level focuses on teaching the game the right way in a supportive and structured enviornment.

SENIOR DIVISION

Grades 5–6

Focus: Advanced fundamentals and competitive preparation.

Include:

Expanded offensive and defensive schemes
Increased game strategy understanding
Leadership development
Preparing athletes for modified and middle school footbalL

Senior players are challended to lead, compete, and elevate their game while continuing to uphold Warriors values.

OUR COACHING PHILOSOPHY

All Warriors teams are led by volunteer coaches dedicated to player development, safety, and character building. We prioritize proper technique, accountability, respect, and teamwork while fostering a competitive and positive team culture.
