This website provides information about Medicare to the residents of Saratoga County, NY.  Medicare is health insurance for people who are 65 and older and people younger than 65 with certain conditions - a disability, End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and ALS (also called Lou Gehrig's disease).

One-on-one counseling services are available to the residents of Saratoga County through a program named HIICAP that is sponsored by the Saratoga County Department of Aging and Youth.
