I am a PhD student at the Instituto de Astrofísica of Universidad Andrés Bello (UNAB) with expertise in extragalactic observational astronomy. My research focuses on Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN), particularly Quasars at all redshifts, with a specific interest in AGN selection, photometric redshifts, and variability studies, including Changing Look AGN and Time-Domain astronomy. My investigations utilize both photometry and spectroscopic data to probe the nuances of AGN astrophysics.
I am also a member of large-scale collaborations such as LSST, SDSS V, and WST, among others, contributing to the advancement of AGN science.
