Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 2 hours in advance of your session. Otherwise, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the forms at the office.

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that’s ok. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cash - always preferred
Zelle or Venmo - no additional charge
Credit or debit card - additional $5 charge
T I P P I N G:
Tipping is never required or expected.
A R R I V I N G L A T E:
Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
N O S H O W P O L I C Y:
The time is scheduled just for you, I ask that you please respect my time, plan to pay the full amount of your services, if you fail to show up for your appointment.
*Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a $100 charge.
*Notification given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
