Project Description: 

I had to read two articles on different cyber security issues and then write summaries of both articles and why they are important.  

Cyber Security In Cars

In this article cyber security in the new electric cars and also just cars that connect to the internet. The fact that some cars can be self driven and also have built in wifi and have internet connecting capabilities make them targets to hackers. If your vehicle is connected to the internet that means someone can gain access to it. In some cases this can allow them to gain access to your cars functions.  

People who have vehicles that can connect to the internet are the ones that will be effected by this. We can protect ourselves from this by researching the company that you are getting your car from to see what privacy policies and what their protocol is for if you have a attack on your car.

The links and sources did work. I think the choice to publish on a website that has a lot of ads is not professional when talking about such a serious problem. 

Metaverse Cyber Security

In this article it explaines what a metaverse is and that is something like a VR where you are put into another reality that you can operate and be in while being anywhere. Now the companies that are incharge of these metaverses are having a difficulty keeping up with the rapid development. With that comes the hard job of putting regulations on these games and having a privacy policy.

This can effect anyone that is a part of a metaverse and will be a learning experience for the companies in charge of this technology.  We can protect ourselves from this by researching which companies we would like to use to access our metaverses.
