Saransh does not require users to sign up or provide personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.

However, the app may process or use the following information:

• Text extracted from PDF files or images selected by the user, solely for providing requested features such as summarization or translation.

• A Firebase-generated anonymous identifier used for authentication, usage limits, and referral-related features.

• Limited usage-related information required to enforce daily limits and rewards.

• History data stored locally on the user’s device.

Saransh does not collect or access personal identifiers such as phone number, email address, or precise device identifiers. 

2. How We Use Your Information 

The information is used only to: 

• Extract and process text from user-selected files.

• Send extracted content to AI services to generate summaries, translations, or responses.

• Generate images using AI services when required as part of the response.

• Display AI-generated results to users in their selected language.

• Store response history locally on the user’s device for convenience.

• Manage daily usage limits and referral rewards using Firebase.

3. Third-Party Services 

Saransh uses the following third-party services to provide core functionality:

• OpenAI API – for AI-based text processing, summarization, translation, and response generation.

• Hugging Face API – for AI-based image generation when required by the app’s features.

• Firebase (Google) – for anonymous authentication, dynamic configuration, referral features, and usage limit management.

These third-party services may process data as described in their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing 

Content extracted from user-selected files may be shared with third-party AI services (such as OpenAI and Hugging Face) strictly for processing and generating requested outputs.

Saransh does not sell, trade, or rent user data to third parties.

5. Data Storage and User Control

• AI-generated responses and history are stored locally on the user’s device.

• Users can delete their history at any time from within the app.

• Saransh does not store user documents or AI responses on its own servers.

• Firebase stores only limited anonymous data necessary for app functionality such as usage limits and referrals.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Data transmitted to third-party services is sent using secure communication protocols such as HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

Saransh does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
