TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. I shall deposit 1 month advance and 1 month security money.

2.Rs.1000 registration charge one time non refundable.

3. Monthly rent will start from 1st date of every month to pay rent within 5 days, from 6' days Rs. 50/- Late fine will be charged.

4. I shall  be responsible for any damage to the Hostel property, done by me.

5. Electricity bill will be on actual as per reading of meter outside the room. Wi-fi is free. 

6. In any case the money is not refundable except security money.

7. I have to wash my utensils on my own.

8. If any kind of guest stays Rs 500/- will be charged per night: Extra meal Rs. 70/-for veg &.Rs.100/-for non-veg will be charged.

9. It is not allowed to drink or smoke in the hostel.

10. If any mistake done by me I shall be responsible for that mistake.

11. When l am entering or existing the hostel I should inform the hostel staff at reception counter and submitting my room keys to the reception staff.

12. I will give at least 50% advance money to reserved a bed in the hostel.

13. I will be responsible for all my things in the hostel.

14. Fans and Light must be switched off when no one is in the room otherwise it will be fined.

15. Security money will only be adjusted in last month if the student tell  prior 1 month before leaving.

16.If the student does any misconduct, the security money will be forfeited.

17. I shall inform the management of my departure one month before.

18. After 10 pm entry will not be allowed, final submit will be allowed only if owner gets the call by the parents.
