Recently, my work has been published in Economics of Transportation, and I also have a paper under review at the Journal of Air Transport Management.

My current research investigates an affordable housing option called Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). While the decision to construct an ADU is idiosyncratic to individual homeowners, my paper attempts to unpack the black box to identify which housing, location, or community factors contribute to a homeowner's decision to develop and ADU.
