I was appointed as founding headteacher of School 360 in 2021 by Big Education Trust, an organisation which promotes a more expansive education based on balancing Head (academic learning), Heart (relationships and wellbeing) and Hand (skills and creativity).   School 360 was set up as an experimental school, to push the boundaries of what is possible for education within the constraints of the state system.  

I continue to work one day a week as Associate Headteacher as the school expands to its full size.  In this way, I maintain my credibility as a practitioner and school leader, and am able to continue to put much of the research I have undertaken and read into practice.

Some video case studies of School 360 practice have been produced, and I have worked with staff to codify their own practice in this simple book.
