Whilst at UCL Institute of Education, I designed and facilitated numerous bespoke leadership programmes for middle and senior leaders in primary and secondary schools.  I also participated in the design team for the materials for the National Professional Qualifications for Senior and Middle Leaders and acted as a professional coach on the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leaders.

As part of this work, I designed and led the Faciltator Development Programme for external facilitators leading UCL leadership programmes, which included a facilitator self-assessment progression document, which was used to quality assure external facilitators.
