Why did I choose GFI?

Hi there, My name is Sarah Roundtree. I am a Army Veteran, Wife, and Mother of three. I want to share what led me to this profession with GFI. After getting out of the Army, I was a stay at home mom for eight years so that my husband could do what was required of him while he continued to serve our country. When my youngest started school, I went back to work as a federal civilian. I spent a number of years with great leadership, but we had a child diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes out of nowhere in 2021. It was incredibly hard to help her with her blood sugar while she was at school and I was at work. With my husbands impending retirement, we decided it would be best to leave federal service. I found GFI a few months after and it has been life altering. Being with GFI has given me my time back to spend with my family. I can make my own hours working from home or from any location. With GFI, I have received world-class training and mentorship where my success is a priority to my leadership. Where have you worked that you are offered a pay raise within your first 60 days? As a federal civilian, thats unheard of and the best part; if I need to help my child with her T1 management at any time I can!
