Fieldwork IIA Student Inpatient Rehabiliation, Encompass Health in Mesa, Arizona

  • Provided holistic, client-centered, and effective assessments and interventions for patients with a variety of neurological, orthopedic, traumatic, or other injuries while managing 100% of the caseload

  • Provided in-room assessments and interventions for COVID patients while ensuring safety of myself, the patient, and others

  • Completed documentation using PowerChart for 100% of caseload in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provided client-centered and evidence-based treatments for children aged 3-5 years old with a variety of cognitive, physical, neurological, or developmental deficits, as well as adolescents in Middle School

  • Evaluated children aged 2-5 years old with the Peabody Developmental Motor Scales 2nd Edition and Sensory Processing Measure-Preschool to determine if the child was eligible for services

  • Provided client-centered and evidence-based treatments for children in the intensive classroom (children with a diagnosis of Autism with severe communication needs) guided by the Early Start Denver Model
