During Q2 of 2023, I was able to identify that there was a gap in user-generated content for the brand across our social channels, and I created the Biotech Beauty Program for FACTORFIVE Skincare. The Biotech Beauty program utilizes user-generated content (UGC) collected from our users and fans which is featured on FACTORFIVE's stories and shops across social channels. By sharing collecting UGC content from our fans and followers, we are able to increase brand awareness, build social proof, enhance engagement, improve conversion rates, generate leads and enhance customer loyalty. I created this guide as an 'onboarding guide' for participants in the program.
