I am an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the Mississippi University for Women. I received my Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico in the spring of 2024 under the advisement of Janet Vassilev.

My research is in Commutative Algebra. Specifically,  I focus mainly on pair operations, a generalization of closure operations: the duality between closure and interior operations and between cores and hulls, the interactions between various properties of general pair operations, and constructing new pair operations through ring extensions and collections.
