IMPORTANT WELLNESS CLASS INFORMATION!
Wellness classes at Memorial School will be held outside throughout the months of September and October (and again in the Spring) unless the weather and/or field conditions require us to hold class indoors. Classes will go outside if the temperature is chilly and if the field is a little damp.
Students should be prepared for Wellness class with:
proper footwear (sneakers are strongly recommended; flat-bottom shoes that cover the toes and that can attach behind the heel are allowed)
a filled water bottle
anything else they feel they need for class (such as a sweatshirt or coat if it is chilly - especially in the mornings; a hat or sunglasses if it is sunny; etc)
As the grass is often damp in the mornings, students may want to have an extra pair of shoes and/or socks with them, to change into after Wellness class.
