- For the Factory of Terror's confidentiality, I cannot link to a copy of the employee handbook on this website. I would be more than willing to bring a copy of the handbook with me to an interview, and I would be happy to talk about it more in person if desired.

- During my internship with the Factory of Terror in 2015, and extended into my employment currently, I was assigned the task of rewriting our employee application. The new application was to include a background check, a drug and alcohol consent form, and a more organized layout of the content in our previous application. The new application has been used for over 100 employees between the 2015-2016 season. It is now part of our regular paperwork process at pre-season orientation.
- During my internship with the Factory of Terror in 2015, I also had responsibilities with the Haunted Attraction Association. Every year the association has about 175 members. Each member (starting winter of 2015) was to receive a certificate of membership. With that certificate, we mailed out our welcome letter. My welcome letter linked above was sent out to all new and renewing members in 2015. This taught me a lot about appealing to an audience and sounding professional.

For my internship in 2015, I took it upon myself to quickly design some flyers or signs to go up on the Factory of Terror's billboard at the ticket booth. I wanted to easily illustrate the current event happening and what deals it entails. I also designed a couple of flyers or signs to recognize some of our largest partners, Autosport and Hide-A-Way.
While I don't have much design background, I was able to lay things out in a way that was easy to read and brought attention to the desired image, logo, or text. These flyers and signs were put to great use and we continue to use them as they serve as another great way to visually represent events and sponsors of the Factory of Terror.
