An important story from my past is when I got my first job. After being a camper and a volunteer at Saint Andrews Day Camp last summer, I was paid as an official counselor. I was assigned with a group of near 22 three year olds with two other counselors that were a lot older than me who had more experience with jobs and specifically with kids. But as the summer went on, I had more and more fun and continued to learn about how to take care of children. This job not only taught me leadership and responsibility, but confirmed how much I love working with kids which is what I would like to do in the future.
