Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me about the position of Consumables and Supply Management Intern with City Wide Facility Solutions this morning. It was a pleasure to learn more about your innovative strategy and vast knowledge base.

The details you provided me with about the position convinced me that this is a job I would enjoy and one where I could make a valuable contribution with my skills and experience, with my confidence in leadership potential, as I excel at clear communication and the ability to guide teams in creative projects. As well as my strength in adaptability, in other words, I am comfortable learning new tools, adjusting trends, or shifting focus based on feedback or client needs. 

I was also thinking about what you said regarding management roles in facilities operations, and while I understand that these job titles are scarce, I believe I am fit for the role. In my last role as a summer camp counselor at a Martial Arts dojang, I managed groups of children in a fast-paced environment, sharpening my prioritization, multitasking, and attentiveness while maintaining a safe and structured setting. I found that continuously evaluating variables such as group size, activity type, and potential safety risks enabled me to negate issues effectively, allocate attention where it was needed, and prevent issues before they escalated.
