I am a lecturer at the University of Bristol in the Institute for Statistical Science. Previously, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Bocconi Institute for Data Science and Analytics (BIDSA), collaborating with Andrea Celli. I obtained my Ph.D. at the University of Amsterdam, where I was very fortunate to be advised by Tim van Erven.
My research lies in theoretical machine learning, with a particular focus on stochastic and online optimization, game theory in machine learning, and generalization guarantees for optimization algorithms.
