I have over 10 years of piano teaching experience. Most of my students are of school age, but some are adults.
Teaching Ethos
My teaching focuses on nurturing children’s interest in music and helping them master the piano as their chosen instrument. While I support students in preparing for piano exams, I do not place emphasis on progressing through grades. Instead, I guide them in developing essential skills and building a strong foundation at their own pace. I believe this approach fosters a lifelong appreciation and enjoyment of music.
Lessons
My lessons are typically 30 minutes long and held once a week. Longer sessions of 45 or 60 minutes are also available, depending on your learning level and lesson availability.
Free Trial & Assessment Session
A free 30-minute trial and assessment session is offered before the start of formal lessons. This session allows both teacher and student to get to know each other. For students with previous piano experience, I will also assess their current playing level, including aspects of music theory and performance. This assessment helps me tailor my teaching to each student’s individual needs.
Repertoire Books
I update repertoire books as students progress. The title and purchase link for each new book will be provided in advance. If you have any specific learning books you’d like to use, please let me know — I’ll be happy to review them and discuss how best to incorporate them into your learning plan.
Here are some examples of my students’ recent achievements.
