Gender Mainstream Coordinator and President of WITED
- Led the development, planning, and coordination of initiatives aimed at integrating gender equality across the university.
Conducted periodic gender audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of mainstreaming activities and maintained documentation of all related efforts.
Served as the university’s focal point for harassment and discrimination cases, and advocated on behalf of students when needed.
Developed and implemented gender-related policies and affirmative action strategies within the university community.
