Digital Products (Guides, Devotionals, PDFs)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.
However, if you experience:
Technical difficulties downloading your product, or
A file that is corrupted or unreadable

or via our Contact Form, and we will personally ensure you receive a working copy within 24–48 hours.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
If you purchase a physical item and it arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it at no extra cost.
To request a replacement:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
We’ll send your replacement promptly and confirm shipping details with you.
Please note: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that are simply unwanted or changed in mind.
