BIOSKETCH
I obtained a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience in 2016, working between the Department of Psychology of the University of Bologna (Italy), where my Ph.D. started and was obtained under the supervision of Prof. Giuseppe di Pellegrino, and the Department of Psychology and Psychiatry of the University of Cambridge (UK), under the supervision of Prof. Trevor Robbins and Dr. Graham Murray, where I completed my Ph.D. and collaborated for the following two years.
Afterwards, I continued doing research in the field of psychometrics working as post-doctoral fellow with Prof. Mariagrazia Benassi at the Department of Psychology of the University of Bologna, where my work focused on the use of advanced statistical approaches in psychology and cognitive neuroscience. During those years, I started teaching psychometrics, statistics, and research methods as Adjunct Professor at the University of Campania and at the University of Perugia.
Currently, I am a senior Assistant Professor of Psychometrics (tenure-track) at the Department of Psychology of the University of Bologna and proud Editor for Collabra: Psychology, PCI Registered Reports, and PCI Neuro.
