Information Collection and Use 

• This application is designed to function entirely offline. While you may enter personal and financial information (such as names, debits, and credits) into the app for account management purposes, all data is stored locally on your device using a local database. We do not collect, transmit, share, or store your financial records or personal data on any external servers. If you uninstall the application or clear its data, your local records will be permanently deleted. 

• The application includes a local backup feature that allows you to export your data as a file and save it to your device's storage. We do not have access to these backup files. Our application allows users to create local backups of their data. These backup files are stored locally on the user's device via the system file picker. We do not access, collect, or transmit any of your personal files or storage contents to external servers.  

The Data We Collect 

Data you provide to us directly: > To use the core features of this application (account management), you will manually enter information such as personal names, debit amounts, and credit amounts. However, this data is never transmitted to us. It is saved securely and exclusively on your local device using a local SQL database. We do not have access to any of the information you type into the app 

Why Do We Collect Your Data? 

We do not collect your data. The information you enter into the application is processed purely locally by your device's processor to allow the app to function as a digital ledger. The data is used solely to display your account balances and records back to you on your screen. 

Who Can See Your Data? 

Only you. Because the data never leaves your device, no one else can see it. We do not share, sell, or transmit your records to any third parties, advertisers, or external servers.

Please Note: Because you are the sole controller of this data on your physical device, if you uninstall the application, clear the app's cache/data, or lose your device, your financial records will be permanently deleted unless you have created your own local device backups.

Third-Party Services 

• This application is completely offline and standalone. We do not integrate with any third-party data processors, analytics providers, or advertising networks. We do not share, sell, trade, or transmit any of your personal information, financial records, or local backup files to any outside organizations or third parties. 

Advertising and Monetization 

• This application does not contain any advertisements, and we do not use any third-party advertising networks that track user behavior. The app is provided free of charge and does not include in-app purchases. 

Security

• As data is stored locally, it is your responsibility to ensure your device is protected (e.g., using a device password or encryption) to prevent unauthorized access.
